• Black pen
• Scissors
• Water
• Rubbing alcohol

Instructions:

1. Draw your design on the white paper with the black pen. 2. Cut out your design. 3. Place the design on your skin and wet it with water. 4. Hold the design in place for 30 seconds. 5. Remove the paper and dab the tattoo with a cotton ball soaked in rubbing alcohol. 6. Let the tattoo dry completely. Your temporary tattoo will last for 1-2 weeks. To remove it, simply scrub it with soap and water.
