WEB, a new Costco pharmacy user, received a text last week stating their medication was out of stock. However, WEB has not received any further communication or updates since then.

WEB is not the only customer facing this issue. On March 26 and April 2, Costco customers received additional texts indicating that their 75 zepbound prescriptions were also out of stock. The shortage extends beyond compounded medications, which Costco does not offer.

The Adderall shortage has been ongoing nationwide for seven months. Despite this, Costco's stock continues to trade well above its historical valuation. Analysts suggest that this could be due for a correction in the near future.
